Great crew of people! I think what sometimes becomes forgotten is there is not enough staffing anywhere since pandemic. They do their best. Let's have a little more compassion for the technicians who work in 100+ degree shops trying their best to get you on the road safely.

Very poor customer service. Made an appointment and arrived early. I was told by one customer service person that they had no one on staff to complete the appointment. They would try to fit me in with a different technician after 90 minutes, please call back then. Called back in 90 minutes and was told they had a technician show up but that they had 8 jobs in front of me and that my appointment at 11:00 am would not be honored, but I might get in by 8 pm. After I told them about my previous visit, what I was told by them, and that I had a meeting that afternoon that wouldn't allow me to leave my vehicle there until 8pm, there were crickets. I'm very dissatisfied that they didn't try to work with me, even after being informed that I am only in the area today.

Do not go here! Made online appointment, called next day to confirm for time and selected date. Called 2 hours before appointment. Showed for appointment at 4pm and truck still not on lift for new tires at 5:27. Asked, salesperson who tried to quick get it in, was given a ton of excuses as to why it was not in sooner. There really wasn't one, stopped sales person from putting truck on lift and took keys to leave. The place looks like a dump in the shop, no pride. Do a drive by before going here.I wish I had, I would have never made appointment. Things happen but to ignore someones business for an hour and a half and not say we are not going to be able to do today. best part of the experience was getting the heck out of there!
