Staff were up front and honest. No attempt to get me to spend money on unnecessary repairs. There were a few issues with my car that needed to be addressed, they helped prioritize repairs and had my car done and back on the road in a day. I will be going back for all future service.
Fast, friendly service from knoledgable techs. My vehicle got what it needed in a hurry, and I definitely got my money's worth. Highly recommended.
My car started dinging at me and my vents started blowing hot air on one of the hottest days of the year (the day we were under the severe heat advisory in St. Paul, 110 degrees, yay). Luckily, I was able to bring it in to Magic's and despite the shop needing to close early due to the weather, Drew gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on by the next day. He was up-front with me about my options and costs and gave me his opinion not only from his business point of view, but from a human perspective. The work was done efficiently and thankfully I have AC in my car again! I will be going back to Magic's for all future service needs and will recommend Magic's to all my friends in the St. Paul area.
