I've spent all my life doing my own car repairs with the help of my father - who was also named Lloyd. He passed away about 2 weeks before I was rear-ended and needed my muffler/exhaust repaired. It just made sense to find another Lloyd to take care of my car! Lloyd's Automotive were wonderful to work with - they answered all my questions, and kept me updated with each step of the repair since it was also my first time dealing with insurance claims and I was unsure how the process was supposed to go. Jim was great to work with and I appreciated his almost daily calls with updates. I drove away this morning, and honestly I don't think that my car's driven this smooth in years.
