I buy a lot of parts . Auto zone order process is a joke ! Car was down needed parts they promised next day delivery at the end of next day I got a email they would be late. The store had no idea what was ordered . I called auto zone help line and the guy had even less of a clue I got put on hold 3x and he said they had to get parts from another store and it would be 4 days before I might get them. I've had it with A.Z. I have to drive 5 miles farther and spend a little more but my time is worth something . I'm went back to N*pa they had everything in stock and some good clearance! A.z please get your act together.
Came in with a bad battery and dead headlight, Brian and Dylan were more than helpful and went out of their way to solve our problem. Highly recommended.
We've Always had Good Luck at this location & we still did. Great Employees that know there stuff, so we Always recommend people to go their! Thanks again for the Great Service????
