I have taken my car to this shop for years. I’ve never been to a more honest and ethical automotive shop. Since they are family owned they have no higher authority to answer to regarding sales and numbers on the operation. They are more concerned with doing the job the right way and making sure you understand the issues and then making sure you are satisfied with the results. It’s not as much about fixing cars, but more about giving customers confidence in the work they performed, and the value of the service. I’m a very happy customer. Have had my car serviced at Carlson Auto a few times now, most recently today, and have been very impressed with them.
