This was my first experience with TGK and I was very impressed. After a scheduling issue with the website, Tyler handled the situation so professionally, and got our truck serviced that day. He was understanding and went above and beyond to represent his company. Very impressive. The issue was diagnosed and fixed and the price was very fair. I will be using them for future repairs.

Overall, great experience with TGK. I thought it was a fair price for all the work I had to have done and Seth and Tyler walked me through the repairs. Unfortunately, this shop is another classic case of trying to take advantage in any way possible. I came in today for a special deal going on for a full syn. oil change & tire rotation for $60, awesome price. Unfortunately they called me explaining they couldn't do the tire rotation without replacing 4 lug nuts that were "swollen" (their words, not mine) I was told to replace 4 lug nuts would be $20 a lug nut! You're actually kidding! They also shared I needed a new battery, transmission fluid flush, brake fluid flush, a "fuel system maintenance" that was never further explained, license plate lights (they wanted $30 for this, seriously hilarious). So unless you want to deal with the classic run around phone call to charge you up, just stick to the dealership where prices are straight forward.
