These guys really saved me in a pinch. Had a roadside emergency and they got me in and took car of my car quickly and treated me with such kindness and compassion. They gained a life long customer today for sure. Thanks Lerum ❤️
I have been a customer of Lerum Automotive for nearly 15 years. They have serviced every vehicle in my house over that time with their quick and kind professionalism. As a woman, it can be tough sometimes to have a vehicle problem. Lerum has never laughed at my description of my issues and have always treated me with great respect, taking time to explain things until I understand. They have never once overcharged me for a repair and I have never had an issue with any repair done at Lerum. Since moving a number of years ago, its a little more of a hassle to drive to St. Louis Park. I tried a few shops closer to home, but none of them can touch Lerum Automotive's skills or policies. They live their Integrity value every single day. I am a proud customer for life here and am so thankful to have found them!
