Seemed like a good guy to me, just brought car in for a inspection, and he was very helpful, I was hoping for an inspection that had paperwork that had everything inspected and checked but it's ok he was helpful enough, he even fixed a couple things for no extra charge. And since the little dealership I just bought the vehicle from ripped me off, the no extra charge was great. If u wondering what dealership it' was, Drive Appeal new hope MN.
Alex is Very unprofessional and aggressive with customers. Lacks knowledge to properly diagnose your vehicle. Will call the cops on you if you ask questions about the repair since he knows he’s a shady mechanic. #Seafoamdoesntfixit 10/10 do NOT recommend. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
