I am not well versed in car care, however from my experience it appears that Mike's is a great shop. They were very responsive, and were finished hours before their target completion time, which was helpful. They did not try to push anything else, or get more money out of me.
Mike's always gives an honest opinion of what needs to be done and does good work at a fair price. I would always recommend Mike's! Tha KS for all the great service!
Honest work for an honest price. The guy makes it a rule that he gives you a quote before he starts repairs, and he won't charge a dime over that number once everything is done. I really appreciate that. I've had rear shocks, brake rotors, and an A/C compressor replaced at this shop, and have had no issues with the work. The prices are fair. And as I mentioned above there are no surprise bills.
