Northland Collision

Brought my 2021 Mustang GT in to have hail damage fixed and WOW was this the worst service I’ve ever had. The first time they called me to say it was done I noticed that there were scratches all over in the NEW paint they just did. The headliner was hanging, and they even put new paint chips in areas there wasn’t any before and said “oh we can get ahold of your insurance to have that fixed” Not only that but they put SOOOO many paint swirls in the brand new paint as well as the existing paint.(which they said they would fix) so I left it there and came back when it was done. NOTHING WAS FIXED, in fact it was worse. The scratches were still there and the swirling was twice as bad. When asking the owner, Dwaine, to fix it he said “it’s black, you’re done and we’re done just leave” and walked away without letting me speak. DO NOT COME HERE Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had something go through my drivers side window when I was driving. It shattered completely. Still in shock from what happened I called Northland Collision and they told me to bring it right over, and the woman on the phone was so sweet. When I got there, Duane and the team looked at it and took amazing care of me and my van. He told me they would figure out a plan and not to worry. He found a used window to save me a bunch of money and had it ready the next day. He even gave me a loaner to make sure I had a way to get around. When I picked it up, it was perfect. The team even cleaned/vacuum the inside out to make sure there was no glass left behind. They were everything I really needed in a stressful day. The whole team was wonderful. I would completely recommend!

I chose Northland Collision because I wanted to support a small local business instead of a chain, and they were located close to where I live. Someone rear ended me in January and fortunately it wasn’t too bad. Only my fender was damaged in the back. They easily worked with my insurance company and would have worked with the rental car company, however I use a piece of equipment for work that doesn’t easily fit in certain cars so I was concerned about that. Northland thought outside the box instead of adding more stress for me. They got the new bumper, matched the paint and painted it before they put it on. All I had to do was show up and get it put on for a brief wait. I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of the rental car and it made things easier for me. They did a great job and my car was put back together again. After all was said and done, they sent me a hand written thank you note for my business! They know how to do it Right!
