Batteries Plus

Our vehicle’s battery died at home, however we were able to jump start it. Went online to see where we could get a new battery installed and found this place. I was able to order the new battery online and set up an appointment time for it to be installed. They had several times slots available which made it easy to choose one that worked for our schedule. When we got to the store there was no waiting, they came out right away with the new battery and installed it very quickly. For the unfortunate situation, it was a great experience overall.

While traveling, both batteries on my diesel truck failed. They were both Batteries Plus X series batteries and still under warranty. I tried several Batteries Plus stores and no one had my size in stock. I finally called the Apple Valley store and they were ready to help me out. It was November, and cold and rainy/sleet. It’s no fun switching out two big batteries in a high pickup truck, in the dark and on a wet night. I had called in advance and Luke had all the paperwork ready and the batteries by the door so I didn’t have to wait much. To be honest I expected some complaining when I arrived, but Luke and Dylan were extremely professional. They didn’t complain while working in the cold rain to swap out my batteries. I felt like I pulled into a pit stop on the Indy 500, both gentlemen worked together, one swapping out the driver side battery while the other swapping out the passenger side at the same time. Stopped at store #017 on the evening of 1/11/24, we had an auto battery that was holding its charge. A young man working at the store was super helpful, and knowledgeable. He tested and replaced the battery even though the store was closing soon. He is a good guy and BatteriesPlus need to keep him (take care of him)
