I won't be back. I have been going here for years and was happy. My last full synthetic oil change yesterday was $120 with a $10 coupon. They are no longer competitive. I would usually only pay $60 for the oil change. They have had several management changes in the past 6 months. Watched the manager upsell the hell out of a lady who just brought her car in for routine maintenance. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Said it would be 1k to replace a brake line and 3k to fix unrelated stuff i never asked them to check. I asked them to not roll down driver side window because window regulator was not working and its wont come back up. When they pulled the car to the curb after they where done guess what? Window was down, i looked at the gal who i told to not roll window down and she was laughing standing by some other mechanic. I bought a SS brake line for $70 and did it in 1.5 hours myself. And i wont mention the wheel alighnment i got charger $177 for prior to that visit that left the steering wheel kocked to the side. Service: Steering & suspension repair

This was my first visit to Car-X, and my first experience with them. I will certainly be back. I had a check engine light issue which identified a serious problem. Jordan was great. Not only did he handle all of the details and communication with my 3rd party warranty company, but he kept me up to date step by step. The entire staff was courteous and respectful of me, my vehicle, and my time. From the moment I called to set my appointment, I felt comfortable that all would be well, and it was.
