The staff there is friendly and very knowledgeable. They provide no nonsense service and keep my vehicle road ready all the time. Easy night drop off for convenience and in a lot of instances it was same day service which is never expected . Overall, it was a great and honest place to take your car to get fixed.
My 1st time going to Penns was last week. My best friend takes her car there. Her brother is friends with one of the mechanics and another was her son's coach. After telling her about a quote and reported issue I received at Firestone she said no take it to my dude 1st! Man I am so glad I did! My 1000 problem turned into a 200 maintenance needed and minor fix! So blessed to have gone here and I will gladly drive from Brooklyn Center moving forward for everything from maintenance to concern's!!! Thank you!
