Nothing but exceptional service and support. My wife and I have been coming to Tonka Auto Center for the last couple of years and the guys have always been very welcoming and have excellent car knowledge. We initially brought our car to Tonka Auto after purchasing a used Toyota Camry. We had a couple of concerns and they asked us to bring the car in the next day. They were happy to fit around our schedule and we were extremely happy with our initial visit, so much so that we now only bring our cars to them. They are extremely upfront about costs, and they are lower than other similar outfits. I can't speak highly enough of Tonka Auto Center and highly recommend them.

This place made my day!! I called ahead to buy a battery that I was planning to install myself the next day. When I got there, Bill showed it to me and asked if that looked to be the right size because it was a large one. So we looked at my car together and he verified it was correct and started to tell me how to disassemble it, etc. He paused a bit and suggested that he just do it right then! He also showed me the gauges to check the old and new batteries so I could see my old battery was on the way out and I was driving on borrowed time. I had to bring in my car after a sudden loss of fluid and oil, paired with a very loud rattling/grinding noise coming from under the hood. I called Tonka Auto Center and explained the issue and asked if it could be seen as soon as possible. They went out of their way to make sure my vehicle got looked at that day and even completed the work a few hours later. Very satisfied with their work and accommodations.
