Golden Valley Tire & Service was excellent to work with. I appreciated how fast they were able to get me scheduled, the thorough inspection on the car, and the transparent pricing. I worked with Jim throughout the process—he was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided frequent updates during repairs. Although Jim discussed suggested repairs, I felt he was providing me with a menu of options versus trying to pressure me into paying for additional services.
