Great customer service and very helpful. The price was ideal and the service was quick. The engine splash shield on my vehicle was damaged by Frankies' Towing in Plymouth so I needed a repair (if your car ever gets towed by them, check your car bottom up before leaving the lot because they are reckless and they know it so they purposely put it on their invoice that they won't be responsible for damages once the car leaves the property). I initially tried to get an estimate somewhere else but they never responded to me, so I took my car to Maaco in Osseo and everything turned out fine. Doug was very kind and he even let me squeeze in last minute to get my car fixed! My boyfriend had gotten his car fixed here before. It looked brand new and the price was reasonable. Wow - they do great work! I definitely recommend. I got 5 other estimates to fix a large scrape on the side of my car that was rusting. Maaco was the most professional, respectful (especially with me being a single woman), and the most affordable, too. They're kind, prompt, and ready to help. The other estimates I received to fix my car were double or over double what Maaco offered. They fixed my car, and it looks brand new!
