You know how you walk into a body shop and instantly feel like you are getting screwed over? Well, Bob & Carl's is definitely not that kind of place. I walked in for a drive up quote and the quote was finished in roughly 10 minutes. The quote felt like a fair and honest assessment. The staff was very personable and easy to converse with. When I dropped off my car for repairs I was told it would be done by the end of the week. They stayed true to their word, and their body work got my vehicle back to a like new condition. I really hope I do not have a reason to go back to a body shop anytime soon, but when the time comes I will gladly go back to Bob & Carl's. Service: Body & Trim

These guys are top notch. Excellent customer service and communication skills by every person I talked to. Had body work done on the bed panel of my f150 and it came out flawless. The tailgate closes better now than before my accident which was a plus. The only thing I wasn't expecting was they detailed the whole truck. Inside and out. It actually was cleaner than the day I bought it! So A+. Plus, them and insurance took care of everything. I had to put minimal effort in on my part.
