Excellent customer service! Nick was amazing - very personable and knowledgable. I always wait until the last minute to schedule my oil change. They got me in the same day and were also able to put new tires on. The facility is also beautiful. Thank you Chad and Nick!!
Excellent experience! The sales manager, Barb, is excellent. She went above and beyond to get everything well put together for me, as quickly as I needed, as well as the sales rep, Anne. Allie, the finance manager, was amazing, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Definitely a professional and fun team to work with!
Came because of all the positive reviews my friends gave this place. the service and price were reasonable but the customer service wasn't. I was in line to check in but the men behind me were greeted and checked in before me (their appointment times were after mine). I didn't get greeted until the female tech came out and noticed I had been waiting
