Great customer service! I had a tire with sidewall blowout and they were able to replace it within my budget. Also got me in and out within an hour! That was much faster than I expected being walk in!

I am not sure what has changed at this location. I don't usually write reviews but for this I feel the need to. This store does not provide the level of customer service they used to. I have bought tires from this store for 10 plus years. The last 3 times here have been less than desirable. One of the experiences, I was very clear that I did not want the added warranty or disposal fee on my quote, I had someone who wanted the old tires. Low and behold, the quote had both included and they kept telling me that I had to purchase them. I decided to purchase the tires from someone else. I will note, I paid over $300 less going somewhere else. The last experience I had, I did not want to go through them but had to because I was in a time crunch. I needed trailer tires in 1 day and installed the next. The woman that helped me on the phone was great, and made me feel good about going with them. This Discount Tire Store (Minnetonka) ROCKS! We drive almost an hour to purchase from this store, THEY ARE THAT GOOD! We've purchased over 6 sets of tires from these folks over the years and they're CONSISTENTLY AWESOME. Super fast & courteous, no hassles great folks! More like 10 stars for the crew at this store.
