The person working at the front desk named Paul was very disrespectful when talking to me. He spoke to me in a rude and descending way, and he was very cheeky. I also watched him do the same to other customers while I was there. I was not surprised when I later saw another negative review on here about his behavior. Jesse was helpful and respectful when I interacted with him when I picked up my car. Service: Tires

My Dad took his car for an alignment and tech told him they wouldn't do the alignment unless he let them replace the camber bolt. Dad agree with the replacement. Came home and check, they didn't changed the camber bolt. They charged my dad $70 for parts that has never been replaced. Smh what joke. Talk to the store manager and they total change the topic. Reporting to bbb and getting a lawyer. Tech doesn't know what their doing. They need new employees and store manager.
