Thomas Auto Body & Collision

We've used Thomas Auto Body in Crystal before to repair a broken side mirror on our other car. They did a great job, plus the detail job they did to the interior was a nice surprise! Folk there are super helpful and friendly. I stopped by this morning (7/19/23) with our other car to ask about some scratches and dings. They buffed out many of the spots for free while I waited no more than 10 minutes. For the deeper marks they recommended getting a paint patch kit from the dealership. I was appreciative of the advice as Thomas Auto Body told me if they fixed it, it would cost over $1000. I share this to say they don't try and push their services or products on you. They help offer advice and support for other options that may be just as good and will save you some money. Would highly recommend Thomas Auto Body for your vehicle's body work!

My new friend Carlos was very polite and helpful when I brought my car in today. I showed him the problem, & he gave me a simple solution that he easily could’ve manipulated into making himself money. But instead he decided to help me out and give me the solution free of charge. It was just a minor detach on my bumper, and he easily could’ve told me he needs to replace the whole bumper but instead he just told me to buy some gorilla glue and showed me exactly where to put it to make it look as good as new. Great Shop, Atmosphere & People! My experience at Thomas Autobody was outstanding, from the initial estimate to when they pull your car up front in prime condition. Brought my 2013 Subaru WRX in for some body and paint work on the rear quarter/wheel well area.Carlos is the man who made things happen, genuine and transparent approach to what would benefit my car. Even when the an unforeseen issue such as the rear bumpers paint being damaged, Carlos did not hesitate to correct the issue and have the rear bumper fixed up and painted at no charge to me. Thats just the kind of trust and character from a shop where you want to take your car.
