I have to say that I am so pleased with Boss Auto! Steve, his wife and his crew have been awesome! Very upfront and honest with me.I recently had a major personal experience and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely. I purchased the car from Carhop and had a few issues, but when it came down to repairs. They helped me every step of the way. It just seems to me that one needs to be open. Great service at Boss Auto in Crystal! They came to my rescue when my 2000 Chevy Astro suddenly had a stuck accelerator! Fortunately I was nearby and they were able to help me out on a very cold and windy February day. Steve did his best to get me the best value on parts, too. Prices are fair and the customer service is exceptional! My husband took his Saturn there when he needed a wheel bearing replaced. Again great prices and service! We will be back!
