They were very helpful in making sure I was satisfied. Not pushing any un needed repairs but advising me of things that should be taken care of. I was very happy with the professionalism they have.

Came here for an oil change. They came back with a $1,200 estimate for rear strut, full power steering fluid flush, air filter replacement... I took it to my ACTUAL car mechanic and there is NOTHING WRONG with my car. The air filter isn't even dirty. This place will try to scam you. Do not go here.

My rear brakes were squeaking and it was time for pad / rotor replacement. SWTA is in my neighborhood and I wanted to support them. They informed me that I needed new calipers as well so I agreed and they did the work. The next time I drove the car to work, the brakes literally stopped working in rush hour traffic on the freeway. Thankfully I avoided a crash and no one was hurt. I took it directly to them and asked that they make it right. They replaced one broken brake hose and another one that was "nicked". They said they're not sure what happened, but assured me that the vehicle was good to go and THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Again, I drove the vehicle to work, but something didn't feel right. Upon looking under the vehicle, brake fluid was leaking out onto the ground. I took a video of this and then took the vehicle to Firestone for an inspection and they wrote it up as an improper install and encouraged me to take it back to SWTA to make it right (again). I dropped off the vehicle
