Precision Tune Auto Care

This is by far the best place I have ever gotten car maintenance. They are kind, honest, and thorough at providing service to their consumers. Once I went to a dealer and they quoted me at 1000$ to fix the wiring in my vehicle. For some reason, I walked into this place and they charged me 200ish$ to fix my car. They have been a blessing for 6 years now and I honestly don't care about going anywhere else.

I stopped in today after booking an appointment online through the very easy online booking program. I recently moved to the saint Louis Park/ Edina area and thought I'd give these folks a try after reading the other reviews. There was a shimmy in my steering and I was concerned about both a rattle, and the brakes on my 2012 Nissan Versa. It's always a little intimidating for me to take cars into a shop without knowing what needs to be done. Bill, who greeted me was friendly helpful and engaging. It was clearly a busy day in their small shop but he made me feel welcome and communicated the fact there might be a delay, but also recognized that my time was valuable. Even though the time ran a little long, when Rob called me he was extremely helpful talking through what was necessary and what was recommended in my situation. Can't say enough good things about this place. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem with my car last year that several other places couldn't. I'm a delivery driver so I need to always have my car running properly and precision tune always does good work.
