A parking lot hit and run left me with my passenger side miserably scarred. Unlike the chain operations in my area New Central was readily available for an estimate and did all the work with my insurance to settle discrepancies. They got me in as scheduled and completed the work within their projected timeline. They cleaned the interior of the car and my 2018 Chevy Trax looks practically new. I can't say enough about Taylor and his incredible team at New Central. Not only did they do an amazing job repairing my Lincoln but they went above and beyond. Taylor worked directly with my insurance making it stress free for me. And Anthony detailed the inside making it look new again. It looks and feels like a new car inside and out. Got my car painted here after a accident 8 months ago. Bumper, fender and some front end supports had to be repaired. I was referred to the shop by a couple of coworkers that had work done by New central Auto Body and they gave great reviews. Since I wanted the job done right I decided to give New central Auto body a shot. Initially the paint was great on the hood and bumper. Looked like the car came straight from the factory floor when I picked it up 8 months and 5000 miles later the hood has numerous chips. While the bumper that was replaced still looks new. The fenders on the 3 year old car does not have one paint chip. Because of the difference between the bumper, fenders and the hood, there must be a issue with the paint on the hood. I took the car to the shop twice to get the hood looked at. The first person I spoke too agreed that there must be a paint issue because of the range of the chips scattered across the hood.
