Everything looks just as it did before! The team did an excellent job of matching the paint on the bumper and fender of my vehicle. You can’t even tell. Great job! The customer service at the Lyndale location was excellent. Friendly and honest! The car was finished ahead of the quoted schedule. I was very happy about this because I had been waiting a long time to get it in. There was also a glitch in some system when my insurance provider tried to book with this location so they didn’t have my reservation when I checked in a couple of days before I was scheduled to bring it in. Caliber Collision worked to get me in ASAP instead of making me wait another month and a half. Thank you! Additionally, the team here did an excellent job detailing the interior. They did a great job replacing a panel after my car was hit in a parking lot, and they handled all the insurance paperwork and made the whole experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible.

Came with a few questions regarding timeline of getting my car repaired and was met with quite a bit of hostility from the agent handling my car, and even told me I should just go somewhere else if I didn’t like it (cannot emphasize enough that I was not at all aggressive in my questioning). It was really odd and all around the most unprofessional service I’ve ever received, but will definitely heed the advice of going somewhere else!
