The customer service and care here was amazing! I have tried at least 5 auto repair shops in the city since getting a used car last summer, and this has been the only truly positive experience I've had. I can't say enough about Nelson's. Derrick is awesome to deal with and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Our daughter lives in Minnesota and we live in Wisconsin and he puts our mind at ease knowing her vehicle has been serviced and well cared for to keep her safe on the road.
