Steve's Auto World of Maple Grove

Went here for the first time and had an appointment scheduled. Service was friendly and quick. I decided to hang around and wait. They had a nice little waiting area with water, popcorn and tv. The technician even helped me with an unrelated problem at no charge. Would definitely recommend Steve’s! Service: Oil change

I have had my car here many times. I have always gotten excellent service. Last few times have been not so great. But if you go see Nate he is the best and will explain and take care of you, very friendly. Also a shout out to Nicole. You definitely changed my experience today. You made me feel very welcomed and not a bother like some others!

I have been taking my car there for years and as soon as Steve left the company the level of service left also. They put brand new tires on a car with with bad rocker arms. They did say something on my receipt after I paid. My fault for not looking at the receipt. I cannot understand why they did not call to let me know or suggest that they should be replaced before putting new tires on. Nothing, Steve would have made sure to call me before to let me know.
