Firestone Complete Auto Care

We left St. Louis, MO at 8:30 AM the morning of July 29th, headed to St. Cloud, MN on our way to vacation near Detroit Lakes. We noticed the tire pressure was dropping on a rear tire and knew something was wrong. It was 6:15 PM and most places we were googling closed at 7:00 PM. We attempted two places in Maple Grove, who refused us because it was too close to closing time. Luckily, we found THIS store and the amazing employees who work there. Not only were Chuck D. and Evan H. beyond friendly and welcoming- even when we walked in at 6:45 PM- so close to their closing time- but they immediately jumped into action to help identify the problem. It was a huge nail, too close to the side wall to be repaired. They could have said- sorry- we can't help you, but they went above and beyond and pulled our car in and changed the tire to the spare, which allowed us to get back on the road and still make it to St. Cloud where our hotel reservation was. I brought two of my vehicles here for wheel alignments, tire mounting and balancing among a few other things. I felt that Alex and Taylor didn’t pressure me into extra add ons and were transparent in what I was being charged for. Being new to Maple Grove, I wasn’t sure about going to a “chain auto shop”, but now they have certainly earned my trust and continued business. Thanks guys.

I am a DSP with Amazon that has been bringing out vans here for their services. Every time we have brought a vehicle here in the past 4 months it sits for several weeks with out being completed. Currently we have had a van sitting there since 7/30/23. We can see 4/5 services have already been completed. We were told this morning the last service was getting done today due to them having a “disabled vehicle” and only one lift to do the work. This is outrageous due to the fact over half the work was already done on the van before the “disabled vehicle” was put on the lift. It has been nothing but constant problems we have had with this shop. We will no longer be doing business here.
