My car didn’t start and I called Christian Brothers to see if they could get it in ASAP. They said for sure come on over. We jumped my car and got it over there and they ended up installing a new battery which I was sure that was the problem. They were super pleasant and nice and joked around a lot while I was waiting for my car. They offered me coffee and they have a nice little free treat counter , ????. When I was talking with them, I did schedule an Oil change for my husband’s vehicle to bring it in the next week. Definitely a place that I will put on my contact list and use when needed. Well, I made a review about 6 weeks ago about my experience with my Range Rover. I was not happy with my experience but I must admit, Christian Brothers went above and beyond to change the outcome that I’ve deleted the review. I’m pleased to report that not only will I continue the use of their services, I’m gladly recommending them to everyone I know. Rarely do you have an organization work with an unhappy customer the way Christian Brothers did with me. During this process, the staff remained pleasant and professional in all interactions. I’m grateful that they were able to repair my vehicle at no additional cost and its driving perfectly.
