I admire Jesse for answering a lot of my questions through email and taking the time to respond in a timely fashion. A phone call would obviously be faster but I work all day and clearly don't have time for a phone call during their operating hours. It's much easier to just respond to an email whenever he has the time. If you're a Subaru owner, this shop is a go-to. Not just for your performance desires, but also for general repairs/diagnosis/maintenance. They know it all. They'll take care of your issues, and they'll repair it correctly the first time.

I had my Evo X scheduled at this shop for a custom tune for the first time. Devin was always super responsive with all my inquiries about the process. As I’ve been around DSMs, Mitsubishi for over 2 decades, this shop is one of the best shops I’ve dealt with around the suburbs. With just 800 dollars worth of bolt-on mods I installed before the tune, Devin was able to squeeze out almost 50 ponies with pump gas. Full torque at 3500 rpms is a testament to his craft. Impressive to say the least and the car drives awesome! I will be back for sure if I decide to update the turbo and go e85. Great shop and excellent customer service!

Can't wait to return, in due time. It is so important for places like this to exist and I am happy to support them. Jesse was fantastic and patient in dealing with scheduling me via email--same for when it came time to explain some things to me regarding my car. It's great peace of mind trusting the hands behind those doors.
