Great experience from start to finish. They handed all of the insurance / rental paperwork for me. Kept me informed all the way through the process and my truck looked better than new when finished. It's unfortunate when you have an accident and the last thing I needed was more stress. Appreciate all of their hard work!

Near the end of March, my Kia Soul was broken into in Minneapolis, and another auto works shop referred me to go here. As a full-time student who was forced to go the entire month of April without a car, I missed a lot of work and income. On April 17, I had my car towed to Crossroads Collision to have it fixed, and they informed me that they would get in touch with my insurance provider, Nationwide, because my car needed additional work that had not been accounted for in the insurer's initial estimate. Despite Nick's assurance that my car would be restored in about a week, I didn't hear from them until I called on April 26 to find out if it had been repaired. To my astonishment, they had not even begun to work on it. Neither Nationwide nor Collision called to inform me about the hold up. You would think someone would have called the vehicle's owner to double-check, but no one did.
