Great customer service and overall service! Went in yesterday for a ride share inspection and they had me in and out within 30 mins while dealing with a weird mess in the back. Not a single call went unanswered and everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 will be back.

They tried to charge us $1200, claimed that our brakes needed completely replaced and that the caliper was stuck (which is way overpriced when compared to other twin cities mechanics). I decided to wait and take it to a family member who is a mechanic and he told me only the brake pads needed changed and he could tell from how the wheels were frozen on that Victory hadn’t even taken off the wheels to look at the brakes. I used to be a loyal customer and would take my vehicle to Victory for everything and would recommend them to friends and family. After this experience I will not be returning to Victory. It’s a shame that they’ve become dishonest and will try to pilfer money out of people. Note- the original quote was $5000 but included a host of “problems” they had found including air filters, leaks, etc that the other mechanic couldn’t find any evidence of.

I would not go to the shop if I was paid. Went in there to get new struts and two new tires put on. I'm a single mom I don't have a lot of money . They told me they could not get my struts off because the bolts were Rusty. I was told that their mechanic took a torch to my Jeep for two and a half hours and could not get my struts off. First off who torches a bolt for two-and-a-half hours and can't get it off? They said they could not complete the job. Also my tires are leaking. They said they redid them but they are still leaking. Furthermore they lost my center cap. I talked to them about it and show them proof. They have not even bothered to call me to replace my center cap on my Jeep I have chrome wheels that those center caps only fit. I had to buy new wheels. So I have leaking tires, my struts are still broken, and I have a loss center cap. Do not go to this place I got the run-around saying that their workers are trustworthy. NOT TRUE.!!!
