Amazing service. This guys listened to me about the problem and knew what it was right away. I thought I was crazy, but they got my car fixed! I'm so happy!
Even when I'm just getting an oil change, Friendly doesn't push unnecessary services on me. They asked if I wanted a tire rotation, and when I explained that I didn't know because I recently bought new tires, they told me I could get free rotations at the place I bought them at. Other places would have kept that info to themselves and charged me.
I haven't had any work there yet. The staff that I talk to help me out pointed me in the right direction and who to talk to. Mark in service. that I talked to was very helpful and and treated me very good. I'll give you an update when the work is performed. Hopefully shortly. Hard part is going to be paying for it.
