I came in as a walk-in customer. The gentleman behind the counter said they normally don’t accept walk-ins but he had a tech back from lunch and could squeeze me in. I sat in my car for 4 min before he came out and invited me to wait in the lobby. They had me out in less than 30 min and he was very friendly. We visited and I discovered he had his own side hustle and got his card as I was in the marked for a JDM vehicle that will be cleared for the states to import next year. They went above and beyond as I had a bumper that was falling off that they secured and cleaned the excess oil from the bottom of my car and recommended I get the leak fixed. I came to this shop in belief I needed brakes and I pads. I was fearful to drive my vehicle because of the terrifying sounds coming from my front driver's side tire. I was referred to this shop by my son. The auto mechanic assessed the vehicle to discover the bolts were so loose he could remove them by hand. Just prior to what could have been a critical incident, I punchered that same tire and immediately had it repaired by a well-known dealer. I'm not sure what went wrong when that work was done and my bill paid but I'm glad my son directed me to this business. As a female they heard my concerns and professionally assessed and repaired my vehicle without inflating my bill. I am safely back on the road only needing two new front tires. The loose bolts issue was the culprit of the terrifying sounds I heard. My brakes and pads were nearly new. I'm thankful for this auto shop that was both honest and professional.
