Very customer oriented. First visit I was communications with the owner dan. When I received my bill I expected something well over 500 and it was under $500 I asked him how that's possible. He said that he would rather have customers come back to him due to customer satisfaction and being honest . He's very in tune with being helpful to the community around him. Since then I've been back several times with my beater cars and in communications with Art. Again very customer oriented. Great listener. Very good communication in regards to updates on the work being done to my vehicle. Again the bill was very fair. And their tech's are very patient and do a great job. They should have turned my beater cars away but never did and always greeted me with a smile. I've also stopped in on several occasions to ask about small issues and they were more than happy to help with no charge. Highly recommended. I'll continue to use your shop for repairs. Hopefully someday stepping up nice or vehicle

Dan was fantastic to work with. Scheduling was very easy online, and they had an apt. time within 30 minutes of when I went to book, be available. I asked him to take a look at my brakes because I had concerns but he assured me I do not need to get them replaced anytime soon. He did a free inspection and pointed out a few items to get taken care of but was not pushy and listed them in order of important with the prices listed out. TL:DR - Saved me hundreds of dollars by double checking what other mechanics told me, though visual inspection, was a leak in my water pump. Perfect customer service from Arthur. They demonstrated honesty and integrity, and they get a high recommendation from me. Longer version: I was told by two different mechanics who performed oil changes on my vehicle that I likely had a leak in my cooling system, coming from the water pump. They both provided repair estimates for me. After the second shop told me about the leak, I became fairly confident that I had a problem, so I started comparing repair estimates with other shops in my area as well. But before providing estimates, a lot of places required me to bring the vehicle in for a visual inspection. I did this with two more places and both confirmed the leak in the water pump through their visual inspections, just as the two oil change mechanics had previously said. I ended up bring my vehicle to Repair Rite as they had good reviews onlin
