The service was good and I was very pleased with Brandon at the front desk. He was extremely professional and very considerate. My only issue is all the nasty stains the mechanic bk left all over my driver and passenger side.
We really like Honest 1. James and Brandon are friendly, ethical, honest and helpful. They also give a veterans discount which we appreciate. They helped get my car back up and running after another mechanic botched an engine replacement. We won't ever go anywhere else.
My experience with you has been the best service I have ever had with a vehicle center for a second I was thinking I was going to be stuck 4 hours from home with no way of getting home I met Jason and he fixed my anxiety and mad it possible for my wife me and my children to make it home safe and for that I owe you the biggest thanks and my gratitude is so astronomical THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Honest- Auto Care Eagan West Jason you are awesome and I really appreciate you!!!!!!! Perfect asset for the company
