Terrible selfish company which think they have the right to block a merging lane on 10 east during the middle of rush hour making traffic come to complete stop for miles on miles just so they can tow one measly car. That they could’ve I don’t know had the courtesy to tow away at a reasonable hour not 4:00 pm on Thursday. If they don’t care about wasting the time of hundreds of people getting out of work. What makes you think they’d give a care in the world about you and your car troubles. 0/10 I highly recommend you look anywhere else but here.
The Lincoln is how their drivers leave vehicles with 11 inches between. Their solution is to maybe move it tomorrow. Imagine what they do on the road with it. AAA can do better.
Travis came out 2x to help us when our alternator died. Very nice guy and great service!
