Walser Subaru Burnsville

My outback was nearing 6k miles so I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotation and basic inspection. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They sent a nice video from the service tech showing the condition of everything on my car. The person who checked us in and out was extremely cordial, professional and courteous. Really great experience and this will be my new Subaru dealership from now on!

They have nice cars at an okay price however, the customer service is not impressive at all. After purchasing a used car and writing them a check for over $13k they did not bother to fill up the gas tank or replace the windshield wipers, even though they promised both upon purchase of the vehicle. The dealership finds a way to get every penny they can even if it means lying to get you to buy a car and then not following up on what they said they would do. I will not be purchasing a car here ever again and would not recommend for anyone else unless you don’t care about being lied to and cheated out on a deal. Incredibly disappointing. There are plenty of used cars places that are honest and helpful and care enough to follow through on what they say they will fix. Walser Subaru in Burnsville is not one of them.

I bought a Forester from Walser nearly a decade ago. When I was looking for a new Subaru, I thought I'd check out Walser again. Of all the Subaru dealerships in MN, they provided the best communication without being aggressive. They were responsive to my questions, and I was upfront about my car buying needs. Jeff was great to work with, followed up on my questions, and was easy to work with. Pricing was competitive, and much better than my local Subaru dealership. I am very pleased with my experience at Walser Subaru! In another decade when I'm ready for my next ride, I'll be back. I recommend Walser Subaru!
