I stopped in to get a second opinion to see if the work that another auto service place told me I needed to have done on my vehicle. I worked with the owner of River Hills Automotive. After checking my vehicle he told me the work didn't need to be done, saving me a considerable amount of money. He took the time to explain what he saw and made recommendations. It's good to know there are honest, trustworthy people working in this field as most of us, especially women, aren't auto mechanics.

I've been coming here for about a year for repairs and oil changes and I even bought a pair of tires here last fall during a sale. The guys here are absolutely awesome! I usually speak to Dave on the phone but all of the mechanics here are SO helpful and friendly. Service is always quick and their communication throughout the entire process is top tier. They thoroughly explain what is going on with my vehicle and present my options in a way that is clear to understand, offering advice and suggestions whenever possible without obligation. I am never left feeling like I'm being sold on unnecessary work or parts. Any time they need to order parts, I am always offered a fair market rate and I am told up front what to expect for cost and labor. As a young woman, it is difficult to find a reliable shop that isn't trying to take me for a ride due to my lack of auto knowledge.
