Pretty awful service. Inconsiderate staff that doesn’t value clients time. Many times service wasn’t completed on time or work couldn’t be completed after car was dropped off. Low quality of work… find somewhere else

Made an appointment at 8a.m. for 2p.m. They had my A/C fixed by 4:30. Good price, and friendly people.

My mother went in for what have been a $500 job. The manager talked down to her, and lied to her from the get go. He called her “sweetheart.” He told her that it would cost $6k to fix because they didn’t make the part anymore. The part is easy to find online, by a parts guy, or at an auto parts store. He then told my mom he found the part for $800 (the part costs $300) and charged my mom a total of $1900. He didn’t give an itemized bill or explain what she was charged for or why. This place saw my 70 year old mother as a mark. Before this place came under the current Goodyear monicker, it was a reputable place. Now they take grandmas to the cleaners.
