Oem Car Audio

Factory head unit on my 2013 Carolla stopped sending audio to my speakers. Long story short, bought a refurbished unit for $360 ($2k new from a dealership????). They felt bad that I had to drive all the way back to Roseville to get it installed for $80 for what would take literally 5 minutes of labor, so John installed it then and there for free. Also got some great advice on how to replace my rotors for cheap. You can tell they’re not trying to rip you off and are genuinely trying to help people out. You’re best option for fixing/replacing a car stereo, especially in this economy.

Had a touch screen car radio replaced for the dreaded MOPAR bubbling screen. Arrived near closing at 530 PM and Jon had a replacement ready in less than 10 min. High cost, but that’s the market for this replacement. Very impressed with speed and service.

So far, NOT GOOD!!! I JUST got it (CD/radio) from my '04 Infinity re-installed last wk and the CDs are skipping and freezing JUST LIKE before I shipped it to them from FL to MN. I tried calling yesterday, Alex didn't pick up... I hope this isn't going to get ugly... I'm not getting good vibes about this. Between shipping $$$ and 'repair' I'm out $300. I should've known better ... let's hope they reimburse me, if not......
