I was coming home from Vacation and my Jeep didn’t sound right and I started to smell something burning so I pulled off in Melrose and saw the station. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They did a very thorough job. I had a Great Experience. I was just driving thru and they could have very easily take advantage of my situation. They were honest and professional. Had car towed by them, and they brought the car to the wrong car dealership. Tow truck driver spoke very little English, so couldn't understand simple directions. Do not give them your business.

This auto repair shop is shady. Don't let the fact there's "Christian" music playing there fool you, I learned the hard way after I trusted Mr. Efren Arce, an elder at the church work on my vehicle, dishonest & downright thieves, I STILL have my vehicle heating up on me, paid new parts & repeated labor because new part would turn out to be "defective". All I received was rude treatment after I paid more than twice. There is a God Mr. Arce, He knows what you did & how you took advantage me.
