AutoZone Auto Parts

Went there and bought a item. At home I discovered it was the wrong part for my car. I went back, and not only did they find me the correct part, they also helped me install it in their parking lot. Would have been 5 star, but the first visit it was a different employee who pointed me at the wrong part. still, this was very good service imo

Went to Autozone this morning at 8:45am, and doors were locked. Tried calling and no answer. I tried calling two more stores and both with no answer. Everywhere on their websites, google, and phone said all locations near me are open. Had to go to O'rilley's only to find out my parts were Autozone, and that they are "bad" and should have autozone test. Even the O'rilley's workers said they should be open. It wouldn't have been an issue if I knew they were all closed, but again no one will pick up the phone.

I have the worst experience ever. It took me one hour to get to Brooklyn Park store to buy parts for my car. When I get there the Manager told me he doesn't have the parts that I was looking for but other store do have which in Blaine. he did call and asked them to see if is ok for me to pay for the parts at the Brooklyn Park store and go pick up at Blaine store they said ok but when I get there they refused to give me my parts unless I purchased from them. And they told me to go back to get my refund at the Brooklyn Park store and come back and pay for the parts or otherwise no parts. I shop here all the time but this is going to be the LASTtime I shop at AutoZone
