The control arm on my vehicle broke and the closest shop to where I broke down was Firestone so I had it towed. I've been trying to contact the store all day to pay my bill (for the inspection) and get my car back so I don't have to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed. I've called at least 5 times so far even called the appointment line and he called 3 times and no answer he said everything says they should be open maybe they are just to busy to answer the phone. If your NOT going to be OPEN change your hours! I can see I'm not the only person this has happened to!
This place is never open on time. It is now 7:45 am when opening is at 7am! There are four people waiting outside for someone to show up to this open this place for the day this is terrible for business.
They forgot to tighten a plug when they did my oil change and after I noticed I came back and they fixed it quickly with out any issues . Definitely coming back
