The employees were not knowledgeable about intalling the device on my car. I had to have the device replaced more than once, and the intoxalock brand is not the way I would go, i would much rather go with Smar Start instead
Takes WEEKS to finish a job on your car. We were parked in his lot for 3-4 weeks without any information on when it could be finished. We had to move the vehicle eventually. He also likes to share how he feels about “n***ers” from Detroit in North Minneapolis. Yes, I have the right location. The owner is a man of Indian descent who shared these comments. Overall a great experience, no one enjoys having to pay to get anything done to their car but I am very greatful I came across Blain Quality Automotive. There was complete transparency with what was going to be done with my car and the cost of everything I had to get done was very reasonable. From start to finish, Blaine Quality Automotive was great.
