I never write reviews, but Dan Neal's Auto Repair is well worth it. The folks here are truly a gem. I will only go to them for all of my servicing and repairs - nowhere else is even comparable to the top-notch customer experience they provide.
Dan Neal is honest and competent. We have been customers for years and he has never led us wrong. Part of his honesty is not wildly marking up his parts. Everybody has to make some money, of course, and I think Dan charges a little markup for the service of obtaining the parts, but nothing like other shops. I know of a shop that charges 4 times the prices I can find online, even for the name-brand parts. With Dan you just get cheerful, calm advice and solid service. We hope he's in business for a long time to come.
