Called them 1 hour before close asking if they could help me patch a tire from a nail. Figured 1 hours would be plenty of time before they closed. The person on the phone (sounded like female) sighed and put me on hold. They picked back up and said their techs left for the day and couldn't help. Not sure how they make money or why they are open if their techs leave early from work? Disappointed in their customer service skills here, should've been easy money for them.

The hours on Google are incorrect. They are closed on Saturday.

I came here on a day that was 98 degrees and was not told there was a waiting room until there was a problem with their internet. So after sitting in the car for 20 minutes, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to try to connect so I could pay. Also when I went in I said I just wanted an oil change and the staff continued to push other products on me and would act upset when I told them no.
