Discount Tire

Would rate a 5, but my experience was not as wonderful as I thought it would be. Staff is very friendly, however phone calls are hardly existent here because they are so busy. In the hour and 10 minutes I spent in the building, I observed one phone call get picked up out of the many times the phone rang. I was also the first to walk in during my visit - the doors opened at 8 am, I was checked in, and one of the employees made a mistake and marked my vehicle out of check in, which resulted in a longer wait time than I was quoted. Failure to communicate with me appropriately and the live link showed time of completion even though my vehicle had not been serviced prior to it showing completed. I was given multiple apologies but that does not make up for the extra time I spent there waiting. Service completed within 20 minutes, but again, I waited an extra 30-35 minutes in addition to what I was originally quoted.

I had such a great experience there tonight. Alexis was the real MVP! I went in around 5:50pm to drop off my car for an appointment I made for the morning. When I mentioned to Alexis that I had to be into work before they opened in the morning, she offered to get four new tires put on the same night. I had my car back within an hour. What stellar customer service! Thank you!

Truly impressed with the easy process to buy tires on line, schedule the appointment and complete the service! I arrived on time for appointment, and was out of the shop in under 1 hour. No upsell, no extras, just fast great service. Discount Tire has figured out how to get replacement tires done! Great job!
