Merlin Complete Auto Care

They fixed my door handle, which was great! Also did an affordable oil change. I needed my breaks done. They told me I needed calipers done. Went and got it looked at, at slims in anoka and they did my breaks and said I didn't need the calipers. I saved so much money not getting those calipers. Merlin's mechanic was insistent on telling me that my calipers were a huge issue. Don't know why other than they wanted to quote me $1750 instead of $1200.

We were given an estimate of a little over 1 hour. Over 3 hours later we got a call stating that the alignment couldn't be done on our vehicle. Drove away with a busted exhaust that was caused by the technician but wasn't disclosed to us. Where's the great service that existed under previous owners? Really disappointed and hope others don't experience this.

I recently had some brake work done here on an older vehicle. Their inspection was thorough and they didn’t try to pressure me into replacing anything that didn’t need it. Considering that and their reasonable prices, I’ll definitely try them out again.
